The region of the Low San Francisco, in the States of Alagoas and Sergipe, is characterized by the subject to flooding fertile valley occurrence to the edges of the river of the same name, with approximately 60.000ha of hidromórficos ground in the parts lowest of the relief. These ground are in areas of plain topography; they are very argillaceous, of good fertility, moderately acid and present low infiltration tax, being, therefore, good to the construction of fisheries for piscicultura. Ally to these factors, the region presents an annual average temperature of 22ºC 28ºC, relative humidity of 76% and a 2.700 insolation of h/ano, that justifies its excellent condition for the creation of tropical fish.
